The American Bus Association (ABA) is the largest and oldest charter bus rental association in the U.S. and Canada. All members of this organization agree to uphold the associations highest standards of ethics and practices with regards to safety and service. Approximately 900 bus charter carriers of the more than 7000 passenger carriers in the U.S. are members of the American Bus Association, including VanGo.

 The United Motorcoach Association (UMA) was established to represent the smaller bus and motor coach carrier in the Unitied States. Additionally, the UMA serves to protect and promote bus companies business interests. The UMA operates much like the ABA by requiring members to adhere to strict guidelines for safety and reliability. VanGo is proud to be a member of the UMA.

Interstate motorcoach and bus carriers annually register with the FMCSA, a branch of the Dept. of Transportation (USDOT). The FMCSA sets regulations for all charter bus carriers, and periodically audits for compliance. The FMCSA inspects interstate bus companies for; accidents, vehicle maintenance practices, on-duty and driving hours, drug and alcohol testing, driver and staff credentials, and much more. Members of the BBB adhere to a high standard of service, and agree to comply with the core values of the BBB in providing fair and quality services to all. The Travel Industry Association of America is the largest travel related membership organization in the United States. Members include; Carnival Cruise Lines, Hyatt, Hilton, Westin and Sheraton Hotels, Delta, United and American Airlines, Disneyworld, Avis and Hertz Rent A Car and thousands of other travel related suppliers and corporations. VanGo is one of a handful of charter bus carriers that are recognized as members of TIA.

The BUS CO-OP is an organizations of bus charter carriers throughout the U.S. and Canada. As suggested by the name, The BUS CO-OP is operated by its membership. All members service a geographic area based on company location. When calls come into the BUS CO-OP, they are directed to the member that handles the requested area of operation. Unlike "BUS BROKERS" who don't own or operate any motor coaches or buses, The BUS CO-OP members own, operate and service directly with their equipment.  The Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau (LACVB) is one of the largest and most effective tour and travel promotional organizations in the U.S.. Members include; Universal Studios, American Express, Disneyland, United, Delta and American Airlines, LAX World Airports and See's Candies to name but a few. As a member of the LACVB, VanGo is able to pass on special offers and benefits to their clientele.

The California Bus Association (CBA) works much like the ABA, UMA and The BUS CO-OP by requiring each member to adhere to strict standards for safety and service. While the CBA works to promote membersip on a Federal level, its main interest is to work within the State of California regarding intrastate concerns. By working through the California State Legislature and the California Highway Patrol, the CBA is always looking to secure means to safer transportation for the traveling public. VanGo first became a member of the CBA in 1999 and continues as an active member. Always use a CBA member bus company while in California.

 The Bus Industry Safety Council (BISC) is sponsored by the American Bus Association. The purpose of BISC is to bring small and large bus charter company owners, managers, safety directors and others together to effect and improve safety issues pertaining to the bus and motorcoach industry. While the council of 75 members does not hold mandated authority over charter bus carriers, it does carry significant weight within the industry.
