What you should know about Over-the-Road services:

It is most important to keep in mind your driver's on-duty and driving hours. For school trips your driver is allowed 16 continuous hours on-duty time, and 10 hours drive time daily. For non-school trips the drive time is also 10 hours, but the on-duty time is set at 15 hours. If you are a K-12 School, the driver and bus must also be SPAB certified (only California). VanGo recommends that regardless of whether you are booking a school or non-school trip, you try and structure drive time at more than 8 hours daily.
