AskVanGo charter bus rental is not responsible for incorrect information supplied or authorized by, Chartering Party. Always advise detailed information to your AskVanGo charter bus rentals representative or when booking your reservations online.

SIGN YOUR CONFIRMATION: Your hard copy confirmation must be signed, dated and returned to AskVanGo charter bus rentals by the financially responsible party before it will be considered confirmed. If you have not received an executed confirmation within (2) days after your booking please contact our office immediately.

DEPOSITS: AskVanGo charter bus rental requires a fifty-percent (50%) deposit to hold requested vehicles. If no deposit is received thirty (30) days prior to date of service then AskVanGo charter bus rentals will consider your reservation cancelled. Deposits may not be required for contracted customers.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing (faxed on your AskVanGo  chater bus rental's confirmation form). Cancellations received with more than ten (10) written notification receive a full refund less costs for credit card deposit (if any). Cancellations received with less than ten (10) days written notification will be charged 50% against total invoice. Cancellations with less than five (5) days written notification are subject to full charges. Multiple-day charters are required to have a ten (10) day written notification or will be subject to a minimum five (5) full days rate charge and or loss of 50% deposit. No cancellations are accepted for any major holiday reservations.

A SERVICE CHARGE for operator and costs will be billed at ten (10%) percent against daily and hourly rates on all bus rentals, motor coach rentals, mini bus rentals, limousine, van and sedan rentals (entertainer party bus rental percentage may be higher). Variations to this policy must be arranged prior to booking(s). Service charge(s) may be paid directly to your driver, but must be credit card guaranteed.

AFTER-HOURS TRANSPORTATION commencing at or after 11:00 PM (2300 hours) and or ending after 2:00 AM (0200 hours) may be subject to a twenty-percent (20%) service charge. Variations to this policy must be arranged prior to booking. Not applicable for multiple day tours, School or SPAB transportation.

OUT-OF-TOWN RATES are based on maximum 8-10 hour driving time, 12-hour on-duty time, and or 300 miles, (whichever comes first). Additional hours will be charged in fifteen-minute increments. Additional mileage will be charged at $4.00 per mile over 300 miles. It is the responsibility of chartering party to secure operator accommodations for a minimum of 8 continuous hours upon arrival of daily destination.

Please note: Federal and State regulations prohibit more than 10 hours drive time within a 24-hour period. All operators must have at least 8 hours (off-duty time) within any given 24-hour period. On duty time within a 24-hour period may not exceed 15 hours. For further information please call the AskVanGo charter bus rental's Safety Manager.

LOCAL DAILY RATES are based on continuous 10-hour day or 200 miles, (whichever comes first). Additional hours will be charged as indicated in Tariff Rates, and in fifteen-minute increments. Additional mileage will be billed at $4.00 per mile over 200 miles in a 10-hour day.

LAS VEGAS/LAUGHLIN TURNAROUND charters are based on a 24-hour period, and charged at 175% the “Out of Town” rate as designated in Tariff Rates. It is the responsibility of chartering party to secure and pay for operator accommodations for a minimum of 8 continuous hours upon arrival in Las Vegas or Laughlin, Nevada. Please speak with your representative regarding turnaround trips for other destinations.

ADMISSIONS, FEES, TOLLS, ETC.: It is the responsibility of chartering party to pay all admissions, usage fees, parking fees, park entrance fees, tolls, driver's room and any non-standard expenses incurred during the course of your charter. Please speak to your representative for alternate arrangements.

PASSENGER BAGGAGE: Passengers are allotted one thirty-pound (30 pound) bag each. Additional luggage will be charged $1.00 per piece, per day, and shall be paid directly to your AskVanGo driver. Variations to this policy must be arranged prior to departure. AskVanGo charter bus rental is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged baggage or personal property.

DAMAGE: Chartering party (signatory) shall be financially responsible for all damages inflicted to and upon AskVanGo charter bus rental's vehicles and property.

SMOKING ON VANGO VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED. AskVanGo charter bus rental reserves the right to refuse transportation to anyone smoking while on board a VanGo vehicle. All AskVanGo buses, motor coaches, entertainer party buses and mini buses have smoke detectors.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION on AskVanGo charter buses require a refundable deposit and non-refundable $100.00 cleaning fee. AskVanGo bus rental reserves the right to refuse conveyance to anyone in an intoxicated state that may cause your AskVanGo driver concern for safety and security. Speak with your AskVanGo representative regarding required deposit(s).

HOLIDAYS: All Holiday transportation is subject to additional twenty-percent (20%) daily surcharge. Please speak with your AskVanGo charter bus rental representative when booking over a major holiday.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AskVanGo charter bus rental's drivers adhere to Federal, State and local regulations. No ice-chests, trash-cans or other items may be placed in passenger aisleways at any time. We welcome your inquiries regarding these laws and regulations. Please speak with the VanGo Safety Manager for details.

FUEL SURCHARGE: All rates are subject to a fuel surcharge based on prevailing costs, and will be charged in addition to VanGo posted daily rates. Please see Tariff Rates page for current rate (if any).

EQUIPMENT: AskVanGo charter bus rental operates 40-45 foot buses, motor coaches, entertainer party buses, mini buses, vans, town cars, sedans and limousines. AskVanGo carter bus rental reserves the right to substitute equivalent vehicles from other motor carriers as required.

CONTRACT PRICING is based on total number of transportation days per week, month or year. inquiries for contract pricing are welcome.
