INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE: VanGo collects required personal information when you request a quote or confirm a tour, charter, shuttle , transfer or other transference on VanGo vehicle(s).

When you confirm service we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, credit card information and personal interests. For some financial products and services we may also ask for your physical address. Once you register with VanGo you are no longer anonymous. If a credit card number is issued, that number is not held on file unless you authorize VanGo to retain it for repeated usage. Otherwise ii will be destroyed after your authorization to utilize it.

VanGo receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, any cookie information, and the page you request.

VanGo may use information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
